S.V.Raja Vaidyanathan, B.Tech (IIT Madras), MBA (IIM Calcutta), AICWAI, ACS and has 30 years of experience in the field of financial services, infrastructure, media, telecom & Retail. He is the founder Chairman and currently also the Managing Director of the Company.

Chief Financial Officer - G Srikanth B.com, MBA from Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning, has several experience in the banking industry across functions like Business Planning & Analysis, Structuring & Securitisation, Operations, and Treasury. He has earlier looked after the backend operations and systems development for the Citibank Microfinance portfolio. He was heading the Business Planning and Analysis function for Consumer Assets at Citibank before taking up this assignment.
