Position : Field Development Officer

Job Responsibilities

	To form new groups
	To conduct SHG meetings
	To appraise the loan requirements of SHG members
	To assist the members in filling up the loan application
	To collect the repayment and remit the same to Branch Manager
	To ensure 100% recovery
	To maintain the MIS
	To maintain the books of Accounts
	To feed data into the Computer
	To report to the Branch Manager
	To comply with all the KYC requirements of the banks

Position : Branch Manager

Job Responsibilities

	To monitor FDO's work as indicated above
	To visit the Centers in the absence of any FDO who has taken leave or fallen sick
	To report to the Area Manager and above
	To appraise the loan by doing 100% checking
	To ensure data entered by the FDOs is checked and validated by the Branch Manager
	To achieve the targets set by Head Office

Position : Area Manager

Job Responsibilities

	All the duties of Branch manager indicated above
	To achieve the targets set by Head Office
	To supervise and monitor the Branch Managers
	To act as a Branch Manager in case of any BM who has taken leave or fallen sick
	To recommend to higher officials the loan amount to\ members after verifying at least 40% on a random basis
	To ensure data has been entered properly by the FDOs and checked & validated by the BM properly
	To report to Divisional Manager and above
	To liaise with visitors such as Bank officials, donors and other people who visits the branches / SHG meetings
	To ensure 100% recovery is made by the FDOs and BMs and take appropriate steps for achieving the same
