The third free eye screening camp organized by Asirvad Development Foundation (ADF) held successfully in Perambur on 18th December 2010 from 10 am to 1 pm. Dr. Gayathri, Consultant Ophthalmologist of Uma Eye Clinic, Annanagar, Chennai with their camp team of 5 members and volunteers conducted eye screening for 100 beneficiaries. 56 patients were the beneficiaries of Perambur AMPL branch and 44 cases from the general public of Perambur area.

The camp was organized by ADF in association with vision foundation and in mutual coordination with AMPL. The beneficiaries of the camp were from the members of Asirvad Microfinance Pvt. Ltd, Perambur branch in Chennai and the general public from the surrounding areas. The Branch Manager of AMPL – Chennai, Perambur branch coordinated the camp and the Field Development Officers of Perambur Branch served as volunteers during the camp.
