The fourteenth free eye screening camp of Asirvad Development Foundation (ADF) was organized successfully in Palavakkam, a remote village in the suburbs of Chennai city. The venue of the camp was in the branch office premises of Asirvad Microfinance Pvt Ltd., Palavakkam. The Camp was done successfully in Association with Vision foundation, Chennai with their Medical team of 5 members. Vision Foundation headed by Dr. Catherine Sheela with her team members Mr. Arvind (Camp Manager), Mr. Manoj (Counselor) and Optometrists Mr.Vimal & Ms. Nithya treated the patients with full enthusiasm. The total number of participants attended was 82 people from beneficiaries of AMPL and the general village community. The camp was organized with the support and co-operation of AMPL’s Area Manager Mr. Netaji and Branch Manager of Palavakkam, Mr. Murugesan along with their Field development officers of the Branch. |
