Asirvad Development Foundation has organized Free Eye Screening camp for the rural people of Moolaikaraipatti village, Thiurnelveli to bring this noble activity to the general population. The camp was conducted at community hall, Moolaikaraipatti village. Camp was well organized by Asirvad Development Foundation staff Mr. Samudram.

This village lacked even basic amenities likes Toilets, Drinking water and Electricity. The camp was very much helpful to the poor and needy people. People requested us to hold such camps in future in their and neighborhood villages also.

Eye screening camp was done with association with Dr. Agawal’s Eye Hospital, Tirunelveli. Medical team headed by Mr.Karthik who was the camp coordinator and by his other team members consisting of Chief Optometrist and staff nurse. Totally 107 participants were benefited out of this camp. Camp was arranged with the help of Mr.Mariyappan who helped us to conduct the camp successfully
